Electric sandwich center line butterfly valve is an integrated structure, access to 220V AC power supply to control operation, can also be added to the control module, input control signal (4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC) for adjustment and control. The valve has the advantages of strong function, small size, reliable performance, simple matching and large circulation capacity. It is especially suitable for occasions where the medium is viscous, containing particles and fiber properties. Soft seal (rubber ring, PTFE ring) can be selected to reduce leakage (up to 0.01%), high temperature and high pressure conditions can be selected three-eccentric hard seal valve body. It is widely used in the industrial process automatic control system of food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, chemical industry, teaching equipment, paper making, power and other industries.

Product characteristics

1, electric opening and closing, with arbitrary adjustment, check and cut-off functions, easy to operate, safe and reliable.

2, small flow resistance, the valve fully open when the flow resistance coefficient does not exceed 0.3.

3, when an accident or power failure, you can manually control the butterfly valve opening and closing.

4, can continuously achieve slow opening, fast opening or fast closing, slow closing action, and effectively prevent the pump outlet medium backflow and water hammer generation.

5, energy saving drive and ordinary butterfly valve the same drive motor can achieve the function of fast closing high-speed small torque and slow closing low section large torque.
