The valve seat of the electric high performance butterfly valve is made of PTFE or metal stainless steel sealing material, mainly suitable for gas transportation and process media with high requirements for valve life, including steam transportation, and can also be used for special media, such as chlorine, oxygen, high vacuum, sulfur resistance or corrosive media, with AC 220V,380V power supply voltage as the driving power. Accept the industrial automation instrument control system output (4~20mA) voltage and current signal can control the operation.



Structural design

The electric high performance butterfly valve has a fireproof structure, and the connection mode can be clipped or used for large pipe diameter and lug type single flange through the pipe terminal. The design of the valve seat outside is an active insert, the tighter the flange clamp, the greater the pressure resistance is good sealing, the replacement of the valve seat is convenient and simple, just remove the insert can be removed from the valve seat, do not need to remove the valve plate and valve shaft, the use of double eccentric disc with a spherical sealing surface, with a single piece of flexible lip sealing seat, suitable for the occasion requiring reliable sealing and good adjustment characteristics, Due to the design of double eccentric plate, it has tight sealing performance and long service life. Can be used to quickly cut off or adjust the flow.
