Power station pressure test valve is mainly installed in 300MW, 600MW boiler superheater outlet, reheater inlet, outlet steam pipe, as the isolation device for hydraulic test. Adopt the mode without transmission device, remove the inner plug plate after the water pressure test, put it into the flow guide sleeve, and use it as a pipeline, and then insert the plug plate during the next water pressure test.

Product characteristics

1, the valve adopts butt welding connection, through no diameter reduction, single-side plane seal, valve body sealing surface pile austenitic stainless steel, the blocking plate is equipped with O-shaped rubber sealing ring.

1, the valve pressure level is equal to or higher than the design pressure and design temperature selection.

2, valve according to E101, ANSIB16.25JB/T6903 and other relevant standards design, material selection, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance.

3, can use no transmission device mode and worm gear transmission mode of two.

4, the use of pressure self-tightening sealing structure and bolted valve cover structure in two forms, both ends of the branch pipe welded connection.

5, the plane O-ring seal, the seat is made of stainless steel surfacing welding.

6, for the use of no transmission device, the plug plate is loaded during the hydraulic test, and the plug plate can be removed after the hydraulic test for multiple hydraulic tests.

7, the sealing plate can be adjusted by adjusting the adjustment screw on the upper end of the support plate to achieve the purpose of sealing.
