Product overview

The empty discharge check valve is installed on the outlet pipe of the high pressure feed pump of the thermal power unit to prevent water backflow and protect the feed pump. The valve works with the small flow automatic recirculation side valve of the water pump. When the feed water pump is under low load or the outlet closure door is closed, the automatic recirculation bypass valve should be in the open position to ensure the safe operation of the water pump. When the air discharge check valve is opened, the recirculation bypass valve automatically closes. It is not suitable for media containing solid particles and large viscosity.

1. The valve works with the recycling bypass valve to maintain the safe operation of the system.

2. When the main valve disc moves up and down and the medium flows back, the channel is closed under the action of the medium pressure and the spring.

3, the valve disc seal is made of stainless steel surfacing welding, wear resistance, abrasion resistance, reliable sealing.

4, the valve should be installed vertically.
