Product overview

The wear-resistant slag discharge valve is mainly used in the pipeline of the hydraulic system of thermal power station and the mortar discharge system of hydraulic engineering, which is used to cut off or connect the ash water mixture and slag water mixture in the pipeline. It can also be used for opening and closing of all kinds of dry dust, water, steam and other media with wear in mining, papermaking, chemical industry and so on.

Product characteristic
1, the use of middle flange bolt connection, both ends of the branch pipe for flange connection or butt welding connection.
2, the opening and closing parts are forced to seal with a semi-sealed pair, with excellent performance.
3, the sealing material is wear-resistant ceramic or wear-resistant alloy, strong wear resistance, strong wear resistance, durable erosion, abrasion resistance, small friction, reliable sealing.
4, the valve body outlet flow channel junction is reasonable, no slag, flexible opening and closing, no blockage.
5, the valve stem after tempering and surface nitriding treatment, has good corrosion, abrasion resistance and wear resistance.
6, large diameter set rolling bearings, easy to open and close.
