Product overview

The two ends of the branch pipe of the high pressure lifting power station check valve are welded structures, and the welded groove can be made according to the standard or user's requirements. Suitable for thermal power plants, petrochemical, metallurgy and other high temperature and high pressure water, steam, oil, superheated steam pipeline as a device to prevent media backflow.


Structural characteristics

1, the valve disc as a whole quenching, and can move up and down in the valve body, media backflow, by the medium pressure and spring automatic valve disc closed.
2, valve body, valve cover are die forging parts.
3. The sealing surface on the seat is made of cobalt-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding surface. Good abrasion resistance and abrasion resistance.

4, the check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipeline medium flow from the bottom to the upper (positive flow).
