When the pipeline is running, there is a power failure, and the negative pressure of the pump stop pipeline will occur at any time to cause the pipeline to vibrate or rupture, and the exhaust (suction) valve will quickly absorb a large amount of air to prevent the pipeline from vibrating or rupturing, and ensure the safety of the pipeline.
