Dynamic balancing constant flow valve
Nominal diameter: DN50~500mm
Nominal pressure: PN1.6MPa
Applicable temperature: 0 ℃~95 ℃
Applicable media: air conditioning cold and hot water, ethylene glycol solution
The dynamic flow balance valve automatically changes the Drag coefficient according to the change of system working conditions, and can effectively control the flow passing through to maintain a constant value within a certain pressure difference range. When the pressure difference before and after the valve increases, the automatic closing action of the dynamic flow balance valve can maintain the flow rate unchanged. On the contrary, when the pressure difference decreases, the valve automatically opens and the flow rate remains constant. When the pressure difference is less than or greater than the normal working range of the valve, it cannot provide additional pressure head after all. At this time, the dynamic flow balance valve reaches the fully open or fully closed position, and the flow rate is still lower or higher than the set flow rate, which cannot be controlled. The dynamic flow balance valve enables the valve liner to change according to the pressure difference of the water system from time to time, without exceeding the originally set water flow rate and absorbing excessive pressure difference, thus achieving automatic balance of the entire water system with the same pressure and flow rate. In the application of dynamic flow balancing valves, as the system pipeline pressure fluctuates, the valves inside the balancing valve automatically move up and down to change the opening, thereby maintaining the flow rate of the pipeline unchanged.
1. The Dynamic equilibrium valve does not need external energy for automatic flow regulation.
2. Automatically adjust the flow rate of equipment or pipelines to meet the required design flow rate.
3. Compact design saves installation space
4. Simplified the calculation workload of the pipeline system during design
5. Convenient and fast installation work
6. The Dynamic equilibrium valve system does not need to be balanced before operation
7. The stainless steel valve liner ensures strong corrosion resistance and long service life of the valve.
Operational principle
1. The dynamic flow balance valve can be called a fixed dynamic flow balance valve, which has two types: flange and clamp. Multiple valve cores are installed in the valve body, and the valve core determines the flow rate. Therefore, the flow rate is usually set before leaving the factory to automatically maintain the system flow rate at the required setting value; When selecting a dynamic flow balance valve, hydraulic calculation should be carried out first to determine the range of flow and pressure difference.
2. The dynamic flow balance valve is made of cast steel and ductile iron, and can be divided into left and right valve body flanges fixed with bolts and nuts. The middle of the flange is sandwiched with a fixing plate and an O-ring (nitrile rubber (N220SH)), and there are multiple circular holes of the same size on the plate to fix the valve liner. The valve liner is made of stainless steel (304-2B) and copper, with a surface plated with tin nickel alloy; The valve liner has self-cleaning and anti clogging functions.
3. The dynamic flow balance valve can accurately control the pipeline flow within the working pressure range, enabling the entire system to maintain balance at all times. There is no need to perform tedious resistance calculations on the entire pipeline. No need for manual adjustment, can save a lot of manpower, installation space is not limited, and at the same time, it avoids artificial destructive adjustment. It can prevent equipment loss caused by excessive flow, improve equipment durability and workability. Make the entire water system simple and reliable, without the need to install the same pipeline, saving initial investment, installation, and material costs.
