Product overview

The disc of the splint type butterfly check valve is disk-shaped and rotates around the shaft of the valve seat channel. Because the channel in the valve is in a flow line, the flow resistance is smaller than that of the lift type check valve. It is suitable for large diameter occasions where the flow rate is low and the flow does not change often, but it is not suitable for pulsating flow, and its sealing performance is not as good as the lift type. There are single lobe, double lobe and half type three, these three forms are mainly divided according to the valve diameter. Used to prevent the medium from stopping the flow or backflow, weakening the hydraulic impact.
