Product Overview

Pneumatic three-way ball valve is a three-channel rotary ball valve used for medium separation, confluence, and flow direction switching. Any pipeline can serve as an inlet or outlet. There are two types of pneumatic three-way L-shaped ball valves and pneumatic three-way T-shaped ball valves, which can meet different industrial requirements. The three-way L-shaped ball valve is used to cut off two of the three pipelines, while the three-way T-shaped ball valve achieves the convergence and diversion of the three connected pipelines. Widely used in fields such as chemical engineering, petroleum, light textile, electricity, food and pharmaceutical, refrigeration and papermaking.



Product Features

1. The fluid resistance is small, and its Drag coefficient is equal to that of pipe sections with the same length.
2. Simple structure, small size, and light weight.
3. Tight and reliable, plastic is widely used as the sealing surface material for ball valves, with good sealing performance. It has also been widely used in vacuum systems.
4. Convenient operation, quick opening and closing, with only 90 ° rotation from full opening to full closing, facilitating remote control.
5. Convenient maintenance, simple ball valve structure, and generally movable sealing rings make disassembly and replacement more convenient.
6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are isolated from the medium, and when the medium passes through, it will not cause erosion of the sealing surface of the ball valve.
