Product overview

The center line butterfly valve is mainly composed of the center line soft seal butterfly valve and the pneumatic actuator. The flow channels of butterfly valves are all lined with elastic rubber, and the plates are made of stainless steel. The contact surface between the plates and the seals is finely ground to ensure smoothness. When the butterfly valve is closed or opened, the disc is close to the elastic rubber without a gap, and has a reliable sealing property. Especially suitable for water, sewage, gas, gas and other media pipelines. The valve uses compressed air as the power to accept (4~20mA) industrial signals through the actuator to push the valve stem to drive the disc rotation (0-90°) to complete the valve opening and adjustment. It is widely used in water plants, power plants, steel mills, papermaking, chemical industry, diet and other systems for water supply and drainage, as regulation and cut-off use.

Structural characteristics
1, small and light, easy to disassemble and repair, and can be installed in any position.
2, simple structure, compact, small operating torque, 90° rotation open quickly.
3, the flow characteristic is straight line, good adjustment performance.
4, the connection between the butterfly plate and the valve stem adopts a pin-free structure to overcome the possible internal leakage point.
5, the outer circle of the butterfly plate adopts spherical shape, which improves the sealing performance and extends the service life of the valve, and maintains zero leakage with pressure opening and closing more than 50,000 times.
