Product overview

The working principle of the electric open plug valve is that the torque directly acts on the active valve stem by clamping the drive device to rotate it, and the 4-6 valve stems rotate synchronically through the transmission structure mechanism, and the screw pair on the valve stem drives the floating seat to move in the direction of the compression bellow, so that the door seal ring is completely separated from the valve body seal ring on both sides. Then start the walking drive device to move the door plate horizontally, so that the blind ring and the passing ring of the door plate are replaced relative to the valve body pipeline, and the clamping drive device acts again to move the floating seat to the left valve body seal ring and clamp the door rubber seal ring to complete the valve opening and closing action. It is suitable for the gas inlet and outlet pipeline of blast furnace dust removal and cooling system, as a reliable partition device of gas medium, and can also be used in other pipelines such as gas pressurization station.
