Impeller feeder (ash discharge valve), also known as star discharger, is the main equipment for dust removal equipment conveying, ash discharging, air locking and other equipment feeding. It is used to feed the dry powder material or small particle material in the upper bin continuously and evenly to the next equipment. The feeder is widely used in cement, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and light industry department material conveying system as feeding equipment. The impeller is provided with a plurality of impeller pieces, which are provided with a rubber sealing piece, pressed by a pressure plate, and the sealing piece is close to the inner wall of the shell. When the motor rotates, the main shaft and the impeller rotate at the same time, and the material enters the impeller groove through the feed port from the upper silo, and the rotating impeller takes the material to the feed port and sends it out.
