The bellows regulating valve spool adopts the upper guide structure, the structure is compact, the flow channel is S streamline, so that the pressure drop loss is small, the flow rate is large, the adjustable range is wide, the flow characteristic is high precision, the upper valve cover adopts the bellows sealing structure, to ensure the sealing performance. Suitable for flammable, explosive, volatile, permeable and rare precious metal medium adjustment. In addition, pneumatic bellows regulating valves can also be used in vacuum situations.
