High pressure differential - high-performance angle control valves are suitable for high medium viscosity, easy crystallization, containing suspended particles, and 90 degree bend joints. Due to the fact that the angle valve body has no dead corners, it is easy to purge, easy to maintain, and widely used. Single seat or balanced sleeve valve discs can be used, and multi-level adjustment can also be applied in some high-pressure differential situations. Multiple spring pneumatic membrane mechanisms or electric actuators can be selected.

2. The pneumatic piston actuator uses compressed air as the power source, and the movement of the piston drives the crank arm to rotate 90 degrees, achieving automatic valve opening and closing. Its components include: adjusting bolts, actuator body, crank arm, cylinder block, cylinder shaft, piston, connecting rod, and universal shaft.
3. Working principle: The pneumatic regulating valve consists of an actuator and a regulating mechanism. The actuator is the thrust component of the regulating valve, which generates corresponding thrust according to the control signal pressure and drives the regulating mechanism to act. The valve body is the regulating component of a pneumatic regulating valve, which directly contacts the regulating medium to regulate the flow rate of the fluid.
