Product characteristics

2, good sealing performance: the valve seat is made of PTFE material with certain elastic deformation and high strength to achieve good sealing performance to ensure the stability of the valve.
3, long service life: the valve core and light neck material is made of Austenitic stainless steel, and the valve seat material is PTFE, which can achieve good corrosion resistance and extend the service life of the valve.


Working principle

1, the manual part can be made of steel plate pressing handle or stainless steel casting handle. The handle is provided with a limit structure to set a limit at the opening and closing positions of the valve. When the valve is used on the key device, the limit block is provided with a lock hole to lock the switch position to avoid misoperation. The handle is clearly marked on and off.
2, the valve stem adopts A182F (1Cr13) integral forging and modulation treatment, the hardness reaches HB220 ~ 250. The valve stem is connected with the handle by a flat key or spline or square, which is versatile and easy to disassemble and assemble. The valve stem is provided with an anti-blowout structure.
3. The packing of the valve is braided, flexible graphite sealing ring or tetrafluoroene sealing ring, so that the valve stem can achieve reliable sealing under certain lubrication conditions.
4, according to the need, the ball valve can be designed into an anti-static structure, in the sphere and the stem, the stem and the valve body between the conductive spring, to avoid electrostatic ignition ignition flammable substances, to ensure system safety.
5. Various forms of sealing. According to different working conditions can choose soft seal, hard seal, fire valve seat and other structures; The floating ball form is below DN150 and the fixed ball form is below DN200.
6, the ball valve seat can be equipped with an auxiliary sealing structure, in the seat and stem parts of the grease valve, emergency can be temporarily sealed, and according to the need to extend the valve stem to suitable for buried laying places.
