Product Overview

The American standard card type soft sealing plug valve is suitable for cutting or connecting pipeline media in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries with a nominal pressure of Class150~600Lb and a working temperature of -29~180 ℃.

Structural characteristics
1. The sealing performance of the American standard card sleeve type soft sealing plug valve is achieved through the sealing surface around the card sleeve, and the unique 360 ° metal lip protection fixed card sleeve;
2. The valve does not have a cavity for medium accumulation;
3. The metal lip provides self-cleaning effect when the plug is turned, suitable for sticky and prone to scaling conditions;
4. Bidirectional flow, more convenient to use and install;
5. The material and flange size of the parts can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
