Product Overview

The track type plug valve, also known as the bevel gear transmission military valve, adopts a flange connection method, and the valve body uses the principle of plug rotation to achieve opening and closing. The design principle is reasonable, simple, and aesthetically pleasing to meet market demand. Suitable for pipelines with pressure levels ranging from 150 to 900Lb (1.6 to 32.0MPa) and operating temperatures ranging from -29 to 150 ℃, such as kerosene, crude oil, light oil, natural gas, liquefied gas, pipeline gas, and chemical media, it is an ideal device for cutting off media.

Product Features
1. During the switching process, there is no contact between the sealing surface of the valve body and the sealing surface of the sliding plate, therefore, the sealing surface has no friction or wear, the valve has a long service life, and the switching torque is small;
2. When repairing a valve, it is not necessary to remove the valve from the pipeline. Simply remove the valve bottom cover and replace it with a pair of sliding blades, making maintenance very convenient;
3. The valve body and plug are full bore, with no flow resistance when the medium passes through the valve, and can be cleaned through the ball to overcome the shortcomings of reduced bore valves;
4. The full bore of the valve body of the military valve is plated with hard chromium, and the sealing area is hard and smooth;
5. The elastic seal on the slide is made of fluororubber and molded into grooves on the surface of the slide. Metal to metal sealing with fireproof function serves as a backing for elastic sealing;
6. The valve has an automatic relief device (optional), which prevents abnormal pressure increase in the valve chamber and verifies the effectiveness of the valve after it is completely closed;

7. The valve switch indicator is synchronized with the switch position, which can accurately display the opening and closing status of the gear transmission full diameter military valve.
