Product overview
The ceramic discharge valve adopts structural ceramic as sealing pair, which has good erosion resistance and wear resistance. Open double gate sealing structure, two-way sealing when the valve is closed, and the gate and seat are loosened when the valve is opened. According to different working conditions can be set up purge mouth, ash funnel, suitable for dry ash system, slurry and other media conveying system, less ash accumulation, no jam, simple maintenance, long service life.

Product characteristics

Driven by the motor, the reducer drives the impeller on the main shaft to rotate, and the material is evenly fed out from the upper bin through the impeller driven by the discharge port rotating in the impeller groove.

The inlet and outlet have two forms of round flange and square flange.

The whole machine adopts direct connection or chain transmission integral, delicate and lightweight, the drive device does not need to set up another installation base, reduce space occupation and save costs.

According to the characteristics of the nature of the material to be transported, explosion-proof motors and speed regulating motors can be equipped.
