The valve is suitable for high hardness particles or soft particles but corrosive medium pipelines for opening and closing. The parts in contact with the medium are structural ceramic materials, which have very high chemical stability and hardness (Rockwell hardness HRC90), second only to diamond. Therefore, the valve has very high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and good thermal insulation performance, small thermal expansion. The ball is made of advanced grinding equipment and technology, with high roundness precision and good surface quality. After grinding with the seat, the self-lubricating property of ZrO2 ceramics can achieve good sealing performance.
