Product structure characteristics
1. The key component of the corrugated pipe sealed gate valve is the metal corrugated pipe. The lower end is automatically welded to the valve stem assembly, and the upper end is automatically welded to the connecting plate to form a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere, ensuring zero leakage of the valve stem.
2. Dual sealing design (corrugated pipe+packing), in accordance with international sealing standards.
3. The valve cover comes with a grease fitting, which can directly lubricate the valve stem, nut, and shaft sleeve, unlike traditional methods that only lubricate the threads.
4. Ergonomically designed handwheel, DN100 and above are impact type, with a longer service life and easier and more convenient operation.
