Product Overview The
American standard corrugated pipe gate valve is suitable for various
pipelines with Class150~900, PN1.0~6.0MPa, and operating temperatures of
-29~425 ℃ (carbon steel) and -29~500 ℃ (stainless steel), used to cut
off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different
materials, corrugated pipe gate valves can be suitable for various media
such as water, steam, oil, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc.
2. The valve disc adopts a conical design, and the sealing surface is streamlined with the medium, resulting in better sealing performance and longer service life.
3. Double sealing design (bellows+packing), if the bellows fails, the valve stem packing will also avoid leakage and comply with international sealing standards.
4. The valve cover comes with a grease fitting, which can directly lubricate the valve stem, nut, and shaft sleeve, unlike traditional methods that only lubricate the threads.

Product Features
1. The key component of the corrugated pipe sealed gate valve is the metal corrugated pipe. The lower end is automatically welded to the valve stem assembly, and the upper end is automatically welded to the connecting plate, forming a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere to ensure zero leakage of the valve stem.2.
