Product structure characteristics

The national standard cast steel globe valve is suitable for cutting or connecting pipeline media in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries with a nominal pressure of PN1.6~16.0MPa and a working temperature of -46~550 ℃.

Its main structural features include
1. The product has a reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, and beautiful appearance.
2. The sealing surface is welded with Co based hard alloy, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and long service life.
3. The valve stem has undergone tempering and surface nitriding treatment, resulting in good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
4. The valve is equipped with an inverted sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing.
5. The material and flange size of the parts can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
