Main use

Large caliber electric gate valve is suitable for the pipeline of various systems of petroleum, chemical, hydraulic and thermal power stations with nominal pressure PN1.6 ~ 4.0MPa and working temperature ≤-29℃ ~ 550℃, to cut off or connect the pipeline medium.

Applicable media: water, oil, steam, acid, alkali, ammonia, urea, sulfur-containing natural gas, etc.

Structure and characteristics

1, the selection of materials, in line with domestic and foreign standards, the overall quality of materials is high.

2, meet the requirements of advanced standards at home and abroad, reliable sealing, excellent performance, beautiful shape.

3, the sealing pair is advanced and reasonable, the sealing surface of the gate and the seat is surfacing with Stellite cobalt-based cemented carbide of different hardness, reliable sealing, high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good abrasion resistance and long life.

4, the valve stem after tempering and surface nitriding treatment, has good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and wear resistance.

5, Using wedge type elastic ram structure, large diameter thrust bearing, small friction, and equipped with impact manual, easy to open and close.

6. Various pipe flange standards and flange sealing surface forms can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
