Product overview

The internal thread plunger valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, plunger, guide, sealing ring, handwheel and other parts. When the handwheel rotates, the plunger is driven by the valve stem to move up and down in the guide sleeve, so that the inclined cone of the plunger end and the cone of the seat complete the valve opening and closing function. Interference fit is adopted between the plunger and the sealing ring in the internal thread plunger valve. The lateral force generated by the compression of the sealing ring is sealed with the outer circle of the plunger in the hole surface of the valve body by adjusting the pre-tightening force of the flange bolt, so as to ensure the tightness of the valve and eliminate the internal leakage. As the sealing ring is made of non-toxic new sealing materials with strong resilience and high wear resistance, the sealing is reliable and durable. Thus, the service life of the internal thread plunger valve is improved.
