The working principle of the Angle plunger valve is exactly the same as that of the straight through plunger valve, but it is installed in a different position in the pipeline, so there are many corners and bends in the petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, pharmaceutical and other long-distance transmission pipelines, and the Angle plunger valve is installed in this part, which not only reduces the nozzle elbow, convenient installation, labor saving, material saving and so on. The closing of the plunger valve is composed of a stainless steel plunger, two elastic sealing rings and a metal enclosure, and the sealing effect is achieved by the plunger and the sealing ring are closely matched, and the plunger is inserted in the two sealing rings, and the sealing area is much larger than the ordinary stop valve; When the plunger valve is switched on and off, the plunger moves slowly in the sealing ring, and the contact surface is almost not worn. When it is closed, the plunger inserts the lower sealing ring to cut off the flow channel; When opened, although the plunger is separated from the lower sealing ring, it is still hidden in the upper sealing ring to maintain isolation from the outside world and prevent leakage.
