ZFQ-1 all-weather
explosion-proof flame retardant breather valve, also known as
LFH-IZ/HXF-IZ flame retardant breather valve, has a novel structure
integrating the functions of flame arrester and breather valve. It is a
necessary new type of safety equipment for petrochemical storage tanks,
with the advantages of good fire resistance and breathing performance,
light weight, and convenient maintenance.
Product Features
1. The material design and structure of the new explosion-proof flame
retardant breathing valve are reasonable, and the flame retardant and
breathing are integrated to reduce costs.
2. The valve disc and
valve sealing ring are made of stainless steel and
polytetrafluoroethylene materials. Good low temperature resistance and
anti freezing performance.
3. The flame retardant breathing valve is
a ventilation device installed on a fixed roof tank, which reduces oil
evaporation and loss. It is an excellent product for energy conservation
and emission reduction, and can save resources for enterprises.
4. It has the characteristic of automatically adjusting the internal and external pressure of oil storage tanks.
5. Simple structure, light weight, easy maintenance, and easy installation.
6. The explosion-proof performance is qualified, and it can resist fire
every time after 13 consecutive explosion-proof performance tests.
7. Qualified low temperature and antifreeze resistance: After operating
at -42 degrees Celsius for 2 hours, there is no deformation in the
sealing of the pressure valve disc and vacuum valve disc.
8. Operate
continuously at room temperature of 36 ° C for 72 hours and perform
10000 actions. The contact surfaces of the pressure valve disc, vacuum
valve disc, and guide rod show no signs of wear or collision, and the
guide rod is sensitive in lifting and lowering without jamming.
Applicable scope
The all-weather explosion-proof and flame retardant breathing valve is
suitable for storing Class A oil products with a flash point below 28 ℃
and Class B oil products with a flash point below 60 ℃, such as
gasoline, benzene, methyl benzene, kerosene, light diesel, engine oil,
crude oil, and chemical product storage tanks with the same properties.
It can be used together with the new corrugated flame arrester.
