Product Features
1. This series of valves are products manufactured by introducing, digesting, and absorbing the proprietary technology of Sanders Valve Company in the UK.
2.The biggest difference between rubber lined diaphragm valves and other valves is that they adopt a structure without a packing box; The rubber diaphragm can completely isolate the corrosive medium in the flow channel from all driving components, thereby eliminating the drawbacks of "running, emitting, dripping, and leaking" in typical valves.
3. Due to the smooth flow channel and small flow resistance of the diaphragm valve, a larger flow rate can be obtained.
4. There are various types of rubber available for selection on the surface of the valve body inner cavity of the visual rubber diaphragm valve. Therefore, it has superior corrosion resistance characteristics.
5. As the sealing element is an elastic rubber diaphragm. Therefore, it also has good sealing performance and minimal closing force.
6. This valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve disc, valve stem, diaphragm, and other driving parts.
7. The opening and closing of the valve is achieved by rotating the handwheel. This valve is marked with a visible display color on the upper end of the valve cover to indicate the opening or closing position of the valve, indicating the valve's opening and closing stroke. When the handwheel is placed clockwise, it moves down and the valve disc drives the diaphragm down, causing the passage to be cut off; On the contrary, the valve will open and the color will be exposed accordingly.
8. This valve adopts the standard: in accordance with the provisions of GB12239 and in accordance with the requirements of BS5156.
