The valve body of the angle type discharge valve is at a 90-degree angle, and the inlet and outlet flanges are of the same size. The inner cavity of the valve is equipped with an erosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing ring, which can protect the valve body from being eroded and corroded by the medium when the valve is opened, and the sealing ring is specially treated to make the surface hardness reach HRC25~40. Both the sealing surface of the valve seat and the sealing surface of the disc are surfacing with Stellite hard alloy, and the sealing pair adopts wire sealing to ensure the sealing, ensure the reliability of the sealing, and prevent scarring. The slope of the valve disc forms a line seal at the seat angle. When the valve disc is opened and closed, a hand wheel drives the copper nut, and the nut with the valve stem (the up and down movement is oriented by the splint, and the valve stem will not rotate) extends into the reactor. The bottom flange is detachable and welded to the bottom of the reactor (note: the valve must be closed and the flange must be removed).
Note: It is strictly forbidden to use fluorine-containing ionic liquid (such as HF, etc.) or strong alkali and phosphoric acid (temperature>150oC, concentration>30%).
