Product Overview
This series of pilot piston gas pressure reducing valves belongs to the pilot piston type pressure reducing valve. It consists of two parts: the main valve and the pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of parts such as valve seat, main valve disc, piston, spring, etc. The pilot valve is mainly composed of parts such as valve seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, adjustment spring, etc. By adjusting the spring pressure to set the outlet pressure, using a diaphragm to sense the change in outlet pressure, and adjusting the size of the flow area at the throttle position of the main valve through the pilot valve opening and closing driving piston, the pressure reducing and stabilizing function is achieved. This pilot operated ultra large diaphragm high sensitivity pressure reducing valve is mainly used in gas pipelines, such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, liquefied gas, natural gas, and other gases.
