On May 15, at the northern foot of the Fire Mountain, Tuha Oilfield was constructing more than 700 meters of flood prevention levees, diversion DAMS and water crossing roads in the oil area to prevent snowmelt floods during high temperatures from affecting oil and gas production.
Tuha Oilfield is located in the eastern part of Xinjiang, the southern slope of the Tianshan Mountains, the mountain discontinuous basin, the terrain is low, once the heavy rain, the flood will pour down the Gobi, the damage is greater. At present, the highest temperature in some parts of the Turpan oil region is more than 40 degrees Celsius, which is easy to form snowmelt flood.
Since the beginning of March, in accordance with the working idea of "early planning, early start and early implementation", Tuha Oilfield has sorted out 52 key flood control maintenance measures from the details to provide a solid guarantee for oil field safety production.
The oilfield should strengthen cooperation with meteorological departments and water conservancy management departments, smooth the channels of information communication, timely obtain the weather dynamics in eastern Jungdong, Turpan and Hami regions, and issue special meteorological warnings in advance. Effectively play the role of the two-level control center, through the video monitoring of key sites, weak links of snowmelt, map out the geographical situation around key sites, platforms and single Wells and flood direction, early detection and treatment of potential risks. Carry out emergency training to improve the skills of frontline personnel and contractors in flood control and flood fighting. Carry out in-depth inspection of emergency materials to ensure that emergency teams are on high alert and emergency equipment and materials are sufficient. All units improve emergency response plans, carry out targeted emergency combat drills, enhance the emergency response ability of the team, and improve the practical operation skills of employees.
In view of the possible snowmelt flood risk in east Jungdong area, Tuha Oilfield has made every effort to repair the diversion channels of Jikang dewatering station, Ji28 dewatering station and other key stations, and built flood prevention channels in Sa oil exploration area. At the same time, in order to prevent the flood impact on the platform and the station, the oil field has laid a flood discharge culvert in the low-lying area, and made various emergency preparations in advance.
The oil field continues to track the crude oil inventory dynamics in remote areas such as Jundong and Santanghu, ensure normal production in special weather and special periods, minimize possible disaster risks, and make every effort to ensure the safety of the oil field during the flood season.
