CNPC Logging completed the bridge shooting construction of the Group's first CBM electric drive fracturing platform
At 3 am on April 1, the last section of Jishen 5-8 Ping 02 well tool string out of the wellhead, marking that the logging C3291 operation team of CPC successfully completed the first round of bridge shooting of 3 horizontal Wells of the Group's first CBM electric drive fracturing platform after 19 days. The success rate and the emission rate of the wheel are **.
Jishen 5-8 platform uses one set of electric drive fracturing equipment to replace two sets of 3000 traditional fracturing units, reducing a series of complex mechanical structures, lower maintenance costs, easier maintenance, compared with traditional wood drive fracturing reduces noise pollution, saves energy consumption, improves construction efficiency and has stronger stability.
Engineers and technicians checked and tested the preparation of site visualization, equipment and facilities, engineering software, personnel documents and qualification evaluation against the specific requirements of the "first well project". During the operation, technicians optimized the application of new automatic and semi-automatic operating systems such as remote control of wellhead insertion and extraction and remote grease injection system, and combined with the selection of 89 single-joint module guns with the inner diameter of 114.3 mm casing to ensure safe operation under continuous construction, creating the fastest single-section construction record in the region.
